Only one unit is allowed per site. However, a second (tent) is permitted for minor children of the same family.

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m.

For waste disposal and recycling, bins are located to the right of site #212.

For sewage use, you must use a biodegradable product or nothing at all.

If you move picnic tables, you must put them back in their original places.

Fire pits are not trash bins. Please consider the next campers.

It is prohibited to cut trees on the site.

It is prohibited to build and/or manufacture dams in the river.

Fireworks are prohibited.

Only one car is allowed per site.

If you arrive outside of reception hours, you must leave your car in the parking lot.

No refunds will be issued if you leave before the end of your stay.

Generators are not permitted.

Motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters must park at the entrance and are not allowed to circulate within the campground. For motorcycles, if it is your only vehicle, we allow you to go to your site.

Although scooters and electric bikes are tolerated, we ask you to respect the speed limit of 10 km/h. We also ask parents to accompany children under 12 years old if they are using this type of equipment.

Finally, please note that any violation of these rules may result in the prohibition of using your equipment for the remainder of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of one night per 7-day reservation period. This deposit is non-refundable at any time.

In the event of cancellation, it is important to notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the entire stay being charged to your credit card. By informing us, you will only lose the one-night deposit.

You can modify your dates up to 14 days before your stay.

It is possible to reduce the number of nights of your stay up to 48 hours in advance. However, you must maintain a minimum of 2 nights or 3 nights for weekends with holidays.

At all times, you must notify us by phone or Facebook message if you arrive on a date different from that indicated on your reservation, even if you pay for the night you will not be present. For example, if you plan to arrive the next morning. We will then make a note on your file. If we have not heard from you by 1 p.m. the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be canceled and your site assigned to another camper.

We are pleased to offer reservations up to 1 year in advance, as we know that some of you have favorite sites. However, it should be noted that prices are always subject to increase for the following season, so the balance amount in your confirmation may not necessarily be correct.

Feel free to contact us for an update if needed.
