We require a deposit of one night per 7 days of reservation. This overnight stay is non-refundable and non-transferable at any time.
In the event of cancellation, it is important to notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the entire stay being charged to your credit card. By notifying us, you will only lose the deposit for one night.
You can change your dates up to 14 days before the date of your stay, free of charge.
It is possible to reduce the number of nights of your stay up to 48 hours in advance. However, you must keep 2 nights minimum or 3 nights for weekends with holidays.
At all times, you must notify us by telephone or Facebook message if you arrive on a date different from that indicated on your reservation, even if you pay for the night where you will not be present. For example, in case you plan to arrive the next morning. We can then put a note in your file. If we have not heard from you by 1 p.m. the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be canceled and your site allocated to another camper.
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the campsite.
